To be eligible for funding, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be aged 19 or older on the first day of your course
  • Live in the UK on the first day of your course
  • Be a UK national or have 'settled status' with no restrictions on how long you can stay
  • Have a GCSE grade C or above in both Maths and English

Proving you meeting the funding criteria, Access to HE Diplomas can be free to you via two options of funding, Advanced Learner Loans or the Adult Skills Fund.

To be eligible for funding, you need to meet the following criteria:

  • Be aged 19 or older on the first day of your course
  • Live in the UK on the first day of your course
  • Be a UK national or have 'settled status' with no restrictions on how long you can stay
  • Have a GCSE grade C or above in both Maths and English

You won't have to start making repayments until you earn £25,000 or more per year but if you go on to complete a higher education course then your loan is completely wiped and you do not have to pay anything back at all.

No exams! Access to HE Diplomas are not assessed via an exam, instead you will be tasked with a series of online assignments, with one being issued at the end of each module. Every Access course assignment is marked by an experienced tutor, who will provide you with feedback along the way.
